BPM Fundamentals (1 Day Insight)

(BX-08)

“Fundamentals of Business Process Transformation”

Purpose:

Our one day “Fundamentals of Business Process Transformation” is a standalone introduction/ insight into BPM for all those interested in, and possibly responsible for, making process-centric change happen.  We seek to enthuse our delegates to pursue the cause of Process with their colleagues and within their organisations.

The objective is to provide delegates with an insight into the principles, approach, benefits and logic of process and how it can transform how organisations deliver their services to customers while meeting wider stakeholder needs.  We also explore the 8 Omega Framework for Business Process.

The key issues of strategy, people, process and technology are embedded in the BPM 8 Omega Framework which is designed to empower organisations to develop a comprehensive programme of process and customer centric change. 8 Omega provides individual organisations with a systematic means of blending new and existing methodologies, tools and techniques into a unique structure designed to deliver their specific process change requirements.

Each delegate is provided with a comprehensive manual including the slides used in the presentations.
