Business Process Projects seeking to transform the organisation to being customer focused and truly cross-functional need to address a range of Change Management issues. Failure to engage with the wide range of people-centric issues from the earliest stages of the process project will seriously impair implementation.
Project Managers are responsible for the successful planning, execution and delivery of a project. Change Management is an integral part of a well planned project. Therefore a concise grasp of the Change Management process and application is required.
